"... we are More Than Conquerors through Him (Jesus Christ) that loved us." Rom.8:37  

 After more than 40 years of serving the Lord, my desire on this Christian journey is to do – ALL I CAN, WHILE I CAN, BEFORE I CAN’T.

 

 I’ve learned that true happiness and contentment comes from TOTAL OBEDIENCE to God. My goal is to stay in close communication with God so that I can hear His voice and complete the assignments that He has instructed me to do.  Also, I’ve learned that without FAITH it is impossible to please God, and to have the kind of Faith that Moves Mountains – it takes a serious daily commitment to prayer and the Word of God – "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." Romans 10:17

 

 As a teacher of God’s word, my prayer to God is for Him to impart His wisdom, knowledge, and understanding upon me, so that I may communicate with simplicity the Word of God, edifying the Body of Christ – and that I may challenge the hearers to be all that God would have them to be, causing God’s children to live victorious, abundant lives, lifting up the name of Jesus, and winning souls to Christ.

 

 As I continue on in this journey, my confidence rests upon, Proverbs 3:5,6 which says, “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct my paths.” As God directs my paths, I am assured that ALL things will work together for my good because God said in Romans 8:28, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.” 

 

 This scripture is near and dear to my heart because it has been a foundational Scripture that Pastor Freeman and I have used throughout our 40 plus years of marriage. May God richly bless you!!!
